Tom Reynolds
Literary Agent
Tom Reynolds joined Manning Literary Agency in 2019 and represents a dynamic list of authors across both fiction and non-fiction. He is particularly known for working with emerging writers whose work reflects contemporary culture, fresh perspectives, and distinctive narrative voices.
Tom’s client list includes a number of exciting debut authors as well as established writers with growing international audiences. His authors often explore modern social themes and innovative storytelling, and several of his clients have been recognised by major literary prizes and media outlets.
In non-fiction, Tom represents projects that combine strong expertise with accessible storytelling, including lifestyle, culture, and food writing. He has a particular interest in plant-based and vegan cookbooks, as well as non-fiction that reflects changing cultural trends and new ways of thinking about everyday life.
Before becoming an agent, Tom worked in editorial at an independent London publisher, where he developed a reputation for discovering bold new voices.
He is particularly interested in work that feels immediate, distinctive, and difficult to ignore.
